Gregory N. Payne

A native of Atlanta, GA, and the middle child in a family of three children, Gregory N.  Payne, MS, CISA, CISSP, CRISC holds a BS degree in Computer Science from the University of Georgia and an MS degree in Computer Science from Clark Atlanta University. He has worked in the information technology field for over 40 years with MARTA, Jefferson Wells International, The Coca-Cola Company, AT&T, and Wellstar Health System. He currently holds the position of Wellstar Health System’s Audit Officer. He serves faithfully as a husband, father, psalmist, worship leader, songwriter, and teacher with the highest level of integrity and commitment. Since his authentic conversion in 1983, he has always used the following Scripture as his guiding principle. 

Therefore, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.

Ordained as a minister in 1999 and an elder in 2011, he and his family have been members of Abundant Life Church/Cross Culture Church since 1988 under the leadership of Pastor Woodrow Walker II. Elder Payne and his lovely wife, Athena (his college sweetheart), have been married for 42 years. They have two sons, Gregory Jr. and Loren.
